The Scripture readings for this week— Ex. 34:29-35; 2 Cor. 3:7-4:6; Luke 9:28-36—highlight the surpassing glory of Jesus and the new covenant by contrasting it with the temporary, fading glory of Moses and the old covenant. Because Jesus is greater, we must listen to His words!
