What We Believe
Paramount Church's doctrinal statement is rooted in historic, biblical Christianity. We believe the statement of faith put forth by The Gospel Coalition to be a clear description of historic, biblical Christianity.
As members of Paramount Church, we gladly affirm these truths and own our responsibility to actively believe and live in accordance with them.
Paramount Church is evangelical in that it affirms with Historic Protestantism the 5 Solas of the Reformation:
- Sola Scriptura (Scripture Alone as our only authority)
- Solus Christus (Christ Alone as our only Mediator and Sacrifice)
- Sola Fide (Faith Alone as our only means)
- Sola Gratia (Grace Alone as our only provision)
- Soli Deo Gloria (Glory to God Alone as our only aim)
